Eine weitere gute Nachricht zu Wochenbeginn!

 

Stürmerin Julia McKinnon unterzeichnete einen Einjahres-Vertrag bei den Sabres.

 

Julia, geb.in Saskatchewan, wuchs in Kelowna, British Columbia, Kanada auf. Die lertzen 4 Jahre spielte sie gemeinsam mit Cara Zubko in der NCAA-Div.1 an der Ohio-State-Universität. Julia war ebenso Spielerin in kanadischen U18-Nationalteam, sowie im Team Canada Women´s Development Team im Einsatz.

 

Sie kommt ebenfalls am 15. August in Wien an, wird dann sofort in die Saisonvorbereitung mit den Sabres starten und nur wenige Tage später das erste Mal mit der Nr. 64 im Einsatz sein.

Forward Julia McKinnon has signed a one year contract with the Sabres.

 

Julia was born in Saskatchewan and grew up in Kelowna, BC. For the last four years Julia and Cara were teammates and played NCAA D1 hockey at Ohio State. Julia was also member of Team Canada U18 in 2011 and a member of the Canada's National Women's Development Team.

 

She also arrives in Vienna August 15th and will start the preseason training with the team right away, and only some days later she will play her first game wearing number 64.
